(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Narayanaswamy, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant.

2. It is submitted that the name of the appellant underwent a change. The change is also recorded by the Registrar of Companies. However, the said change of name was not brought to the notice of the learned Single Judge. The certificate of change of name is placed on record.

3. We have also heard Mr.Adarsh Subramanian, learned counsel for the non-appellants.

4. It appears that it was under bona fide mistake on the part

of the applicant, the change was not brought to the notice of the learned Single Judge. The certificate of change issued by the Registrar of Companies is also placed on record.
