ORDER
This criminal revision case has been filed against the order dated 20.02.2025 passed in Crl.MP.No.14 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham, thereby the petition filed for seeking direction under Section 174(3) of BNSS was dismissed.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.
On verification of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, it is revealed that she entered into chit to the tune of Rs.50,00,000/- and on monthly payments, the respondent failed to return the same. However, on perusal of records, the trial court found that there was no direct payment made to the respondent in order to prove that the petitioner entered into the chit. Therefore, the trial court came to conclusion that no offence was made 2/4
out and as such, the petition was rightly dismissed. 4.
At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner woud submit that the petitioner is entitled to file a private complaint with all records.

In view of the above submission, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint with all materials. With this observation, this criminal revision case is dismissed.
