ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.249 of 2015 on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2015 before the respondent police.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry as expeditiously as possible in CSR No.249/2015 and during the course of enquiry, if the commission of cognizable offence is disclosed, a regular case shall be registered, following the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

decision laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
