ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 13.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that complaint has been sent through post. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to go in person to the concerned police station and file a complaint along with medical reports. On such complaint being lodged, the concerned police shall deal with the same and act in accordance with the law as laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
