This petition is filed to enlarge petitioner on bail in Crime No.215 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sulur Police Station, Coimbatore District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was a dispute between victim boy's father and the petitioner in connection with parking of car. In that dispute victim's father gave a false complaint using the victim boy.

3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that victim boy is aged seven years. The petitioner who is aged 19 years has sexually assaulted the victim boy by aggravated sexual assault. 4.Considered the rival submissions and perused the records. 5.Considering the age of the victim, the age of the petitioner, nature of the offence and that investigation is not completed, this Court is not 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
