ORDER
The petitioner who is accused in Crime No.28 of 2014, pending on the file of 1st respondent police seeks for quashing of the FIR.
2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that investigation in Crime No.28 of 2014 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet against the petitioner and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.96 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 494 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. She would further submit that in this case, there are totally five accused, of which, A2 expired during investigation, the case is now posted for examination of witnesses.
