ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 109 and 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023, in Crime No.110 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, along with other accused, brutally attacked the defacto complainant's brother with a knife, abused him in filthy language, threatened him, and caused grievous injuries. Hence, the case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is one previous case against the petitioner and that this is the second anticipatory bail application. It is further submitted that the earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed and that there is no change in circumstances in the present application.

4. Considering the gravity of the offences and upon the ground that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is of the firm view that the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail.
