This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 7(iii) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P No. 11994 of 2024 dated 17.05.2024.

2. The reason assigned by the petitioner is satisfactory. Accordingly, para 7 (iii) in Crl.OP. No. 11994 of 2024 dated 17.05.2024 is modified as follows :

7(iii) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation;

3. Further, this Court is inclined to grant further two weeks time to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P No. 11994 of 2024. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
