Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records dated 09.08.2021 passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3773/2019/A3 issued as against the petitioner and quash the same.

ORDER
The petitioner has challenged the impugned order which has been passed purportedly in compliance of the order passed by this Court on 01.10.2019 in W.P.No.28677 of 2019. The impugned order has been passed based on the representation of one A.Perumal who was working as a Salesman.

2. It is noticed that the impugned order has been passed without calling upon the petitioner for hearing.
3. Considering the same, the impugned order dated 09.08.2021 is set aside with liberty to the respondents to issue appropriate notice to the petitioner within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter proceed in terms of the order passed by this Court on 01.09.2019 in W.P.No.26770 of 2019.
4. On such notice issued to the petitioner, the petitioner shall file representation/reply, if any, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The respondents shall thereafter call upon the petitioner for hearing and pass appropriate orders.
5. This Writ Petition stands allowed with the above observations.
No costs.
Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
