ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent/police herein i.e. the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch (CCB) Team-II, Chennai Suburban Police, Chennai-600 016 to file the Final Report pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 11.02.2011 which was registered in X CCB Crime No.111 of 2011 under section 468, 471 and 420 of IPC by way of FIR dated 15.06.2011 pending on the file of the respondent/ police herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
