ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.No regular case has been registered on the said complaint. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that CSR.No.164 of 2015 is pending on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.03.2015. The allegation of the petitioner is that he is prevented from performing prayer in his house.
