The petitioner / husband seeks transfer of HMOP.No.99 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Ramanathapuram to SubCourt, Poonamallee to be tried along with HMOP.No.159 of 2021. 2.Mr.S.Parthasarathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / husband would submit that the wife had filed Tr.CMP.No.276 of 2021 before the Madurai Bench and the same was allowed, transferring HMOP.No.99 of 2021 and hence, nothing survives in this transfer civil miscellaneous petition. 3.In view of the said statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
