Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 02.04.2015 pending on his file, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police and co-operate with the enquiry and in the course of enquiry, if cognizable offence is made out, the respondent is directed to act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
