ORDER
By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has made a representation to the second respondent on 18.07.2014, seeking issuance of Patta, for an extent of 672 Sq.ft., comprised in T.S.No.22/194, Part Block No.33, Ayanavaram Village, Perambur-Purasawalkam Taluk, Chennai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
District, based upon the sale deed dated 19.02.2014, registered as document No.661 of 2014. As the said representation dated 18.07.2014 is pending for more than a year, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent, to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and third parties, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
