O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.M.P.No.3013 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruvallur and to quash the same.

2. From the records, it is seen that when the matter was taken up on 19.09.2014 "for admission", there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter has been adjourned to 09.10.2014. Thereafter, for the past five years, the learned counsel has not taking any steps to list the matter. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
