PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.4 and 5 to initiate a thorough investigation into the acts of the Respondent No.2 and its officials in relation to the musutilization, misappropriation and non - accounting of the funds donated by the Petitioner, and to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the officials of Respondent No.2 who are responsible for the gross dereliction of duty, failure to account for public/charitable funds, and abuse of their official capacity, and to place the outcome of such proceedings.
