Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to set aside and modify the conditions No.5 and 6 imposed in the order in CMP No.8945 of 2019 dated 08.11.2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.6, Coimbatore and the petitioner be permitted to sell or any commercially feasible way to realize the value of the gold to enable the petitioner to settle the customers. ORDER

The counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and undertakes to file a memo to that effect.
