This petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.15 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Salem.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.15 of 2014 before the Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Salem and the same was ended in acquittal by an order dated 22.09.2015. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
