Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to continue the petitioner in service as Associate Professor of Mathematics till the end of the academic year 2016-2017, i.e., upto 31.05.2017 as per G.O.Ms.No.281, Education Department, dated 13.02.1981 and proceedings in Na.Ka.No.53430/G3/2011, dated 11.12.2014, issued by the Director of Collegiate Education.

O R D E R

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner had filed a memo, dated 05.07.2016, before this Court. The memo reads as follows:- " MEMO FILED ON THE SIDE OF PETITIONER The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition for directing the respondents to continue her in service till the end of academic year. She has stated that the first respondent has not forwarded the proposals https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the 2nd respondent who is the competent authority. After the filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner has come to know that the first respondent has forwarded the proposals to the 2nd respondent with remarks and the matter is now pending before the 2nd respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has been advised to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the adverse order, if any, passed by the 2nd respondent.

It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to record the memo and permit the petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition and thus render justice."

The learned counsel had also sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, however, with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition, if necessity arises.

2. The memo filed by the petitioner is recorded. In view of the above submission made, permission is granted to withdraw this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition, if necessity arises. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
