By consent of both parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. Placing reliance upon the sale deed, which has been registered in document No.1696 of 2009, dated 23.04.2009, over the property situated in Plot No.68, Thiru Vi Ka Public Servants Welfare Society in No.149, Pallikaranai Village, comprised in Survey No.693/2, the petitioner made a representation on 05.11.2015 to the respondent, seeking issuance of patta in his name. In view of non-consideration of the representation on the side of the respondent, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Taking note of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2015 before the respondent, a direction is issued to the respondent, to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.11.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and third parties, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
