This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 796 days in filing the above appeal.

2. In the present case, the notice has already been served to the respondents.

However, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

3. The reasons assigned for delay is that initially the petitioner had wrongly filed CRP.No.174 of 2018 instead of the above appeal and the same was rejected as "not maintainable". Thereafter, the above CMA was filed with a delay of 796 days and hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner would request this Court to condone the said delay.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 796 days in filing the appeal is condonned.
