This revision challenges the order of learned XII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, passed in M.P.No.176 of 2015 in R.C.O.P.No.887 of 2014 on 14.10.2015.

2. In response to its challenge to its jurisdiction, the Court below has found that the petitioner has been served through its bailiff, which itself was indicative of its having jurisdiction. It further supported its decision through verification of the jurisdiction list.

3. We do not find any error in the order of the Court below. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
