This Court by its order dated 05.07.2024 has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

2. Today, the matter is listed under the caption, 'for reporting compliance'.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has deposited Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.29 of 2023. He has duly complied the conditions imposed by this court.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. Order complied with. No further order is necessary.
