This Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

2.Notice to the respondents 1 and 2 were served privately. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the respondents 1 and 2 remained ex-parte before the Tribunal and he has made an endorsement to dispense with Court notice to the respondents 1 and 2. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent/Insurance Company.

5.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
