ORDER

This writ petition is heard through Video-Conferencing, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. The writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the third respondent to inspect and survey the property in a stipulated time based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2013.

3. On 18.09.2020, it was represented that a survey being conducted in the petitioner's land. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also states that the survey is complete and only the report has to be given to him.
