This criminal original petition has been filed praying to quash the proceedings in Spl.C.C.No.124 of 2025, on the file of the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, for alleged offences

punishable under sections 7 and 12 r/w. 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 2.

When this Court is about to dismiss this criminal original petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
