The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to NOT TO HARASS the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent police to NOT TO HARASS the petitioner. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the said prayer cannot be considered now and this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer sought for by the petitioner. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
