ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the first respondent to produce his legally wedded wife Anu Keerthika before this Court and set her at liberty.

Today, when the matter is taken up, both the petitioner as well as the detenue are present. The detenue has informed us that the petitioner has married her and that she is a major. In unequivocal terms, the detenue expressed her desire to go https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with the petitioner. Incidentally, the detenue made one more request before this Court. She stated that the jewels belonging to her, which were presented by the petitioner, along with school records are in the custody of the third respondent. 3.
In such view of the matter, while setting the detenue at liberty to join the petitioner, we direct the first respondent to conduct an enquiry and see to it that the belongings of the detenue are restored to her from the hands of the third respondent.

The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above direction.
