This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11635 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023 that "the 1st petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the 2nd petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. (i.e. Monday) until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11635 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023, the condition is modified insofar as the 1st petitioner is concerned to the effect that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every Month until further orders. Insofar as the 2nd petitioner is concerned, the condition is relaxed. However, the 2nd petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
