.. Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent dated 20.11.2014 in Letter No.C3(S)/1/11260/2013 with respect to 1 / 4

the aggregate demand of Rs.1,18,00,000/- towards security deposit for the proposed development as contained in the column (3) of the impugned order of the 2nd respondent with respect to the building to be put up at proposed constructions of combined BF for blocks 1, 2 and 3, consists of slit floor + ground floor residential building with service block, gym, residential building with 59 dwelling units and 75 dwelling units in Block 3 and in Block 4 (LIG Block) consists of stilt +6 floors with 36 dwelling units (totally 170 dwelling units) at Door No.471, M.K.N. Road, Alandur, Chennai-16 in Old S.No.24/12, T.S.No.105, Block No.1, Ward E of Adambakkam Village, Alandur Municipality, Chennai by quashing the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to grant planning permission as sought for in respect of constructions to be put up in the aforesaid property, without insisting upon the demand of Security Deposit for development as contained in Letter No.C3(S)/11260/2013 dated 20.11.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent.
