ORDER
[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to cause the production of the body of R.Sivakumar, S/o.Ramachandran, aged about 47 years, before this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Court and deal with him in accordance with law.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that one Sivakumar, son of Ramachandran, aged about 47 years, had cheated her and he is in abscondance. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present habeas corpus petition to secure the said Sivakumar.
3. In our considered view, this petition deserves to be dismissed in limine for the simple reason that Sivakumar is not in the illegal custody of the respondents for the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus.
In such view of the matter, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
