: Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents no. 7 and 8 to conduct Prohibited programmes under online, open and distance education mode (ODE) as per rules 2(z) of the University Grants Commission (Open and Distance Learning Programmes and Online Programmes) Regulations 2020 published in the Gazette on 04.09.2020 and consequently direct the respondents no. 7 and 8 to withdraw the prohibited degrees awarded in Law Agriculture and Engineering and refund the collected fee from the students without any deduction within stipulated time.
