This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to appoint 9th petitioner as a guardian for minors viz., Fargees Banu and Murshitha Banu, 10th and 11th petitioners herein in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Mr.N.Nagu Sah, learned counsel for revision petitioners submitted that pending Civil Revision Petition, 3rd petitioner died on 16.03.2021. However, the 10th and 11th petitioners, being minors, mother/9th petitioner may be appointed as a guardian for them. Hence, she has filed the above petitions.

3. Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing the above petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. Since the 10th and 11th petitioners, being minors, the 9th petitioner is appointed as a guardian for them in the above Civil Revision Petition. 29.11.2022 rpp Note : The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 01.12.2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
