This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed petitioners 9 to 11 herein as legal representatives of deceased 3rd petitioner.

2. Mr. N.Nagu Sah, learned counsel for revision petitioners submitted that pending Civil Revision Petition, the 3rd petitioner died on 16.03.2021. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing the above petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition allowed.
