ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 22.023.2015 and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3.It is seen that dispute is essentially between partners. In such case, the respondent police cannot involve into this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
complaint since it would amount to abuse process of law. Therefore, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be issued to the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
