This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 350 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.
3. Mrs.N.B.Surekha, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and she has got objections in allowing the application.
4. The petitioner would aver that on account of the accident, he suffered head injuries and other injuries all over his body. He took treatment in various hospitals and was an inpatient for about 60 days. He would further aver that till today, he is under treatment and hence, delay of 350 days occurred in preferred this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
