ORDER

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order of dismissal passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, passed in Crl.M.P.No.11569 of 2022 vide order dated 18.05.2022 by dismissing the complaint filed under Section 156(iii) of Cr.P.C.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

3.
