When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that, the period of the impugned suspension order has already expired. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

2. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, since the period of the impugned suspension has already expired nothing survives for adjudication.
