The challenge in the Writ Petition is to the order of the respondent Corporation cancelling the Transport Contract awarded to the petitioner for certain Malpractices and Blacklisting the petitioner for a period of two years effective from 23.09.2016. The duration of the Transport Contract itself was for a period of five years from 01.07.2013. The period of black listing was for two years with effect from 23.09.2016, both the periods have expired now.

2. Hence nothing survives in the Writ Petition, the Writ petition is therefore dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
