ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.02.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.On the reading of the complaint, it appears that vehicle has been seized by the finance company for non-payment of dues. positive direction could be issued to the petitioner.
