With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to forthwith survey and to fix boundaries for the property in survey No.183/3H, 196/1, 196/5B and 283/40 at Nathakadaiyur Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering and passing Orders on the application of the petitioner dated 20.07.2022.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that on 01.09.2020, the sister of the petitioner has released her 1/4th share in the property by way of document No.3557 of 2020. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given an application dated 20.07.2022 and also paid necessary fees, the respondent has not taken any steps to survey the land of the petitioner, no steps have been taken by the respondent in this regard. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the 2/4

neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
