Civil Revision Petition filed under section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, against the fair and final order dated 22.12.2015 passed by I Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Madras made in C.M.P.No.956 of 2015 in A.S.No.13 of 2015 dismissing the petitioner filed by the respondent under Order 6 Rule 17 of CPC for amendment of Door No. as 41 instead of 42 in the plaint "A" schedule in O.S. No.13689 of 2010 to amend the Door No. as 41 instead of 42 in the plaint "B" schedule in O.S. No.13689 of 2010 and to amend the Door Number as 41 instead of 42 in the judgment and decree dated 18.07.2014 in O.S. No.13689 of 2010.
