ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to produce the detenue namely M.Selsiya Mary aged 19 years, daughter of Maria Vincent before this Court from the custody of the third respondent and set her at liberty.

3. In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
