ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the FIR in Crime No.242 of 2015 dated 14.12.2015 registered for the offence under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 409 of IPC on the file of the respondent police in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi, on 19.04.2025 vide e-filing No.LTN2023000073C202500055.
3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 2 nd respondent, notice to the 2 nd respondent is dispensed with.

In view of the fact that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
