ORDER
Heard Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anantha Natarajan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation.
2. The petitioner has challenged the show cause notice issued by the first respondent dated 18.12.2014 proposing to terminate his dealership.
3. Learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondentCorporation by producing a copy of the letter in Ref.SLMDO:R:KURUBARAPALLI issued by the first respondent submitted that the petitioner's dealership has already been terminated on 13.02.2015.
4. In the light of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the termination order in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
