The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that on the wrong instructions, on 23.06.2022 he had submitted as if the investigation is already completed and filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.46 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Villupuram. However, in the crime No.221 of 2020 even till now the investigation is still pending .

Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent, this Court by an order dated 23.06.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.17709 of 2020 is recalled.
