The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioner seeking for a direction, directing the trial Court to conclude the trial and deliver its verdict in O.S.No.311 of 2017 pending on the file District Munsif Court, Pollachi, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner.

3.This Court is informed that the pleadings are complete and issues are to be framed. The learned District Munsif Judge, Pollachi is now required to dispose of the case pending in O.S.No.311 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible not later than six (6) months from the date on which the order copy is received.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed at the admission stage itself. No costs.
