ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.189 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.189 of 2014 and also filed a charge sheet in S.T.C.No.603 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VIII, Coimbatore.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
