(CRIME NO.60/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) as non refundable deposit either through RTGS/NEFT or Demand Draft in favour of the concerned District Legal Service Authority of Tamil Nadu within Fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the Petitioner is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or his appearance and on production of proof of deposit of the above amount and on further condition that the Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.

10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the police officer who intends to arrest, failing which the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed automatically and on further condition that the petitioner shall also give a letter of undertaking before the Respondent/Police that the said amount has been paid in respect of particular crime number Imposed in CRL.OP.NO.10340 of 2020 on Crime No.60 of 2019 dated 09.07.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.MAHENDRA NAIDU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 09.07.2020, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions and the petitioner agreed on his own volition agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority and till date he has not paid the amount and now in this petition he had stated that

due to Corona-19 Pandemic he is unable to deposit the said amount and prays to modify the said condition.

2. The submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not acceptable and the petitioner is directed to deposit the conditional amount imposed by this Court. t

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed -sd/- 09/09/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
