ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3.It is seen that petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.119 of 2015 on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.04.2015. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry as expeditiously as possible in CSR No.119/2015 and during the course of enquiry, if the commission of cognizable offence is disclosed, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
